Refund Policy
All sales of Cannabis and derived products are final as per the regulations of The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Control Act of Manitoba.
In the event that a cannabis or derived product are recalled by Health Canada, we will contact you with instructions on how to return the items to us. The recalled items must have the original packaging.
Due to the nature of the goods that we sell, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on cannabis products and smoking accessories. All sales on these products are final.
If there is an issue with your order, please send an email to the support address included in your digital receipt; please include your order number in the subject line.
*Please do not order from the site if you are not in Manitoba. If an order is placed online, in-store pickup is selected, a request is made later or in the order notes to ship the order out of province (which is illegal for us as we are a licensed cannabis store), we will hold your order at our store for thirty days for you to pick up, and then destroy it if it is not picked up within 30 days. No refund will be provided for customers who do this. The credit card used to place the order and a piece of government issued ID with a picture will be required to pick up the order.*
We do not respond to order inquiries via social media or those submitted using our contact us form because we are unable to verify your identity.
